It's a Low-Carb Chicken Salad Recipe, Honey!


Hi, my honeys! Who needs a quick, easy, and healthy lunch? Well, I can't tell if your hand is raised are not, but I'm going to assume the answer is YES! If you need something that's grab and go, especially the busy moms out there, this will be your favorite new recipe! The best part is it's served cold, so you don't need to heat anything up in a microwave, and it takes just a couple minutes to prepare if you buy an already roasted chicken from the store! You can also add a little Frank's Red Hot sauce to this recipe for spice! Here's the deets:


 

Keto Loaded Chicken Salad


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Shredded Chicken (I'll grab a roasted chicken from the grocery store.)

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil Mayo

  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions

  • 1/2 Cup Bacon Bits

  • 1 TBSP Ranch Powder

  • 1/2 TSP Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and serve cold in La Tortilla Factory low-carb tortillas or in fresh lettuce cups!
